Mount Tam

On Saturday I hiked from Muir Woods up to the east peak of Mount Tamalpais, the highest point in the Bay Area. It took about 2 hours and 15 minutes to hike up with an elevation change of almost 2000 ft. There is another trail at the peak that goes all the way around offering a fantastic view of the bay when its clear. At one of the points is a view point that juts out. As you can see we are above the low clouds down in the valley.
