Lakeshore Geyser

Lakeshore Geyser - 645Z, 28-45 @ 28mm, f/11, 1/125s, ISO 100.

Though the larger vent was boiling vigorously a larger eruption hasn’t happened in some time.  There are apparently some accounts of very large (50 feet) eruptions in the 20s and 30s (though that was from the smaller vent).  The crazy thing about Yellowstone is that one day some geological change will happen and suddenly either vent could become very active.
